Refund Policy

Returns 

Our policy lasts 30 days. If more days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange unless the product is damaged or defective.  If that is the case, please notify us immediately upon receipt so that we can take measures to fix the issue.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be visibly damaged or defective in nature. Please contact us immediately if you receive a product in this condition.  We will likely require photos to provide to our shippers and supplier for insurance purposes.

Once we have verified the damage to the items, you will be given the appropriate return address and details.  In the event of damage of defect, there will be no cost to you for returning the item and we will absorb the cost of shipping you the replacement.  If a replacement is unavailable, your purchase price will be refunded.

To complete your return, we will require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer unless instructed.

 

Exchanges (if applicable) 
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@goliathgym.com and send your item to the supplier address that we provide. We deal with many suppliers, so please confirm the return address with us before mailing. This is to ensure that the product is received by the supplier who originally shipped it to you.  There will be no charge to you for postage when an exchange is made due to defect or damage.
