Do you ship Worldwide?

Not at this time.  We do not want to overcommit ourselves so we are starting out only servicing the continental United States.  We anticipate expanding to other countries as a future goal.

 

Will my order be shipped in multiple parcels?

If you place a large order, it may be fulfilled in multiple shipments.

 

How long will my order take to deliver?

Your order should take about 16-18 business days (on average) to arrive at your doorstep. Shipping time depends on the location(s) of the supplier's warehouses.

 

What are my payment options?

We accept payments by PayPal, which accepts, Visa, MasterCard and American Express.  We also accept GPay and Shopify Payment System which offers a large variety of payment options as well as short term financing allowing monthly payments.

 

What are my delivery options?

We currently only offer one standard shipping option - all orders under $100 are a flat shipping fee of $10, those $100+ are FREE SHIPPING!!

 

How secure is your site?

GoliathGym.com processes payments using the Stripe payment gateway. Stripe is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1, the most stringent level of certification. We take security very seriously; all payments are verified by Stripe to prevent fraud. The overall site is protected by SSL to further ensure the safety of your information.

 

Can I amend my order?

Contact us as soon as possible if you wish to amend your order. We ship items out usually within 2 working days, so we cannot guarantee any changes will be made. We will do our best to intercept your order to make your requested changes.

 

Where is my order?

You will receive an email with tracking information once your order is dispatched.  You can track the status of your order directly from our website.

 

How do I track my parcel?

You can track your parcel via the email we sent you. We also have a link to our Order Tracking page on the bottom of our Home Page.

 

 

Can I return or exchange an item?

Yes. We offer a 30-day refund time from the date you receive your parcel. Read our Refund Policy page for more info on returning damaged or defective items. If you are unhappy with your order, we encourage you to email us directly on our website, so we may resolve your issue with the product.

 

What if I received a faulty item?

If you discover a fault, please contact us immediately (within 3 days of receiving your parcel) via ‘Contact Us’ on our website. Please read our Refund Policy page for more detailed information.
